Alison Inkley, School Nurse

The role of a school nurse is to keep students in school and ready to learn and to be a liaison between teachers, families and the health care system. 

I grew up in California and received my BA degree at San Francisco State University. I completing the register nurse program at Seattle Central Community College and received my BS degree in nursing from the University of Washington, Bothell Campus. I received my school nurse certificate at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma and recently received certification from the National Board for Certification of School Nurses.

My husband and I have lived in Seattle since 1980 and we have two grown children who graduated from Seattle Public Schools. We love hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and just being outside.
